By subscribing to the Star Listeners exclusive list, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms:
1. The Community Rules
Privacy First: All content shared on the Close Friends list (Stories and Reels) is exclusive and confidential. You agree not to screenshot, screen-record, or redistribute this content in any way.
Good Vibes Only: This is a positive space. Any bullying, harassment, or disrespectful comments on exclusive posts will result in immediate and permanent removal & ban from the list.
Correct Handle: You must provide the correct Instagram handle at checkout. Access will only be granted to the specific account provided. Access is limited to one account per subscription.
2. Subscription & Access
Delivery: Once payment is confirmed, you will be added to the Close Friends list within 24–48 hours. Please ensure you follow my account so I can add you.
Billing: This is a recurring subscription. You will be charged monthly until you choose to cancel via the website dashboard.
Platform: This service is provided by Ronak Mehta, via wix website and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access to the "Close Friends" archive, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will maintain access to the list until the end of your current billing cycle.
Policy on Bans: If you are removed from the list for violating the "Privacy" or "Respect" rules (e.g., leaking content), your subscription will be terminated immediately without a refund.
4. Educational & Personal Purpose Only

Individual License: Your purchase (e.g., the 199€ Archive payment) grants a single-user license for 6 months of access. This is a license for access only; you do not own the video series or the intellectual property therein.
Prohibition of Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your login credentials, recording the screen, downloading, or re-distributing these videos in any format.
Termination: Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.

6. Refund Policy
All Sales Final: Due to the digital nature of this product and the instant delivery of all 6 series/44 vlogs, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By purchasing, you waive any right to a refund once access has been granted.

7. The "Completion" Session
Eligibility: The optional 1:1 Info Session is a one-time bonus available only upon the successful completion of all 6 series within the 6-month access window of the Archive plan.
Scheduling: Booking is subject to the creator’s availability. This session is for information sharing and does not constitute a formal coaching or consulting contract.
