Joined a gym for some group lessons in Mumbai, India and started daily walks in my neighbourhood park but all it landed me to was lose some kilos and stay stagnant to where I was…
Come my life in Antwerp was when I seriously started incorporating fitness into my daily routine. Daily walks, to strength training, zumba and aerobic classes, to plain gym workouts and treadmill running…
Participated in Antwerp city 10 miles for 7 years to playing tenpin bowling for 7 years, hiking, gyming , cycling ….
Staying physically active has always been my top priority…
Both my pregnancies didn’t stop me nor did post pregancy…
From home workouts to finding time to squeeze in that 20-min jog or a brisk walk… I always did my best and yet came a point where i felt my fitness levels had become quite basic and needed a sort of upgrade.
Post 2020, I decided to commit myself to personal growth, self development & walk upon my Path of Self-Transformation.
That led me to choose Crossfit, HIIT workouts, strength training, boxing lessons as a means. I wanted to break my own “glass ceilings” and reach new PRs…
Now it has become more about building grit and resilience, stamina, endurance, strength…
Now its more about I will defy my age instead of letting my age define me…
As I continue with my fitness journey, I felt ready to share my learning's in a form of a 7-day program....

Lay that strong a foundation for yourself, and no matter where you go in the world, no matter what form of activity you choose, you will continue consistently and committedly for sure.
Fitness has been a part of my life and I value it over everything else.
Am I a licensed or certified fitness instructor ? NO.
I havent studied that for I took up Business Administration as my major.
But sometimes, life teaches you practically not theoretically.
And so with this program I share all that I have learnt in my fitness journey for I believe it will guide you to jump-start your fitness journey, help you stay committed and continue ….
